Nationwide Insurance® is thrilled to be entering our fourth season as the title sponsor of the NASCAR Nationwide SeriesTM and is proud to be the official auto, home and life insurance partner of NASCAR®.

At Nationwide, we pride ourselves on providing customers with personalized experiences to meet their insurance needs. We work hard to bring this same On Your Side® promise to the teams, owners, drivers, track operators, and fans of the NASCAR Nationwide Series.

In 2010, NASCAR fans saw Nationwide Insurance promote the NASCAR Nationwide Series at the track, online, through the airwaves and in the community.

New programming such as the Nationwide Insurance Driver of the Week and our partnership with Turner Sports to launch NASCARnationwideseries.com helped to raise the awareness of teams and drivers across the board. In addition, we continued to enhance the on-track competition through the Nationwide Insurance "Dash 4 Cash" bonus program for eligible NASCAR Nationwide Series drivers. The total prize payout increased to $175,000 last year.

In 2011, we're looking forward to even bigger and better things. We're bringing exciting enhancements to NASCARnationwideseries.com, which will continue to feature exclusive insider content about drivers and teams - and cover the latest and hottest developments in the sport. And we'll rev up our at-track presence and return this season with a new "Dash 4 Cash" competition. Combine these elements with new cars on the track, new drivers behind the wheel and new rules...and the NASCAR Nationwide Series will continue its climb to a whole new level.

At Nationwide Insurance, we're as excited as ever to make the NASCAR Nationwide Series the proving ground for up-and-coming drivers to compete against the sport's top drivers. Thank you all for your continued support. We look forward to seeing you online, on air and at the track in 2011.

The Nationwide Series has established itself as the No. 2 motorsports series in the United States. It was formed in 1982 when NASCAR consolidated the old Late Model Sportsman division into a touring series of nearly 30 races per year; the series, however, has roots dating back more than six decades. The Nationwide Series represents the middle rung in NASCAR's national series, situated between the Sprint Cup and Camping World Truck series. The series has proven to be an outstanding series for up-and-coming competitors who aspire to become Sprint Cup drivers, with a number of today's premier series stars having developed their skills in the series over the years. Many still race in the Nationwide Series, pulling double duty. However, many series-only regulars also have chosen to spend their entire careers on the circuit due to its competitive nature and popularity.
